Design Challenge: Package and rebrand a product purchased from the dollar store or one that is a generic brand from any other store. The rebrand must consist of the following: new logo, design and construction of the package. The goal of this project is to challenge design ethics and consumerism by elevating the price of an inexpensive item through its design and packaging. Not allowed to repackage canned goods, coffee, tea, liquid drinks, or beauty products. Preferred to use some sort of dry good, object based or if a liquid; detergent, etc. and refrain from purchasing "name brand" items e.g. Colgate.
